A start-up can be overwhelming!
We are pulled into different directions and it is very easy to lose focus … i.e., our focus towards solving our customers’ pain points.
Hence, we learnt that it’s critical to document and articulate user pain points and the value we offer.
Revisiting this document will ensure we do not lose sight of the tasks at hand.

We documented and articulated the following:
· User pain points (making it as mutually exclusive as possible).
· Current state of the industry: Are the pain points being addressed in some way? If yes, explain further.
· How will our solution address each pain point?
· Features of our product to address each pain point.
· Benefits of each feature.
· Finally, the value that we offer via each feature?
