A summary of what we did to develop product workflows:

To start with, we created task-based workflows for various processes such as login, signup, onboarding and other functionalities.

Wherever necessary, we broke down the workflows into detailed individual workflows.

Note: A product workflow is a sequence of tasks to accomplish an objective. Each workflow has a clear start and end point.

We found the tool 'draw.io' (now known as diagrams.net) extremely easy to use. See below a product workflow sample. Link: https://app.diagrams.net

Note: The above product workflow is for representational purposes only.

Benefits of product workflows are multi-fold, we realised the following benefits:

· Got a holistic understanding of what entails within each process

· Ensured the entire team was on the same page. Don’t leave anything to assumption

· Was able to identify redundancies and improve efficiencies

All the best! 😊
