Recent times have seen a rise in the use of AI (artificial intelligence) in product management. AI is helping to derive valuable insights and automate routine tasks. Some key use cases of AI, ML, and analytics in design (UI/UX) are:
Product design and development – AI, ML, and analytics is used for the following:
- Generate design variations quickly and automate repetitive tasks.
- ML algorithms can predict the performance of designs.
- AI-powered simulation tools enable the virtual testing of products under various conditions (hence cost effective).
User experience optimization – AI, ML, and analytics is used for the following:
- AI can automate A/B testing for different product features or interfaces.
- AI can personalize the user experience based on individual behaviour and preferences.
Note: The list of companies mentioned above are ONLY a SAMPLE list and NOT an exhaustive list.
