A summary of what we did to link our value proposition with customer expectations:
After ‘business model canvas’ analysis (blog 9), we leveraged the ‘value proposition canvas’.

Value proposition:
Product & services: Features targeted for each customer segment
Pain relievers: How does the product address top pain points?
Gain creators: How does the product benefit customers? Is
the product 'solving for functional' or 'social gains'?
Customer profile: lists customer desires and expectations:
Customer jobs: Tasks that customers want to perform
Pains: Roadblocks preventing the customer to complete a task; E.g., time consuming, poor user experience, expensive.
Gains: Outcomes the customer wants to achieve; E.g., social value, save money, positive feedback.
